The plastic delivery bag trapped all the steam inside so the food was all soggy. The fries and onion rings were bland and soggy. The burger was okay, though soggy as mentioned above. The shake though was delicious, I would have liked the option to pay for a larger size though.

This was our 2nd time getting this. The 1st time the fries were amaz. This time they were hard and barely seasoned. We ordered the same meals both times. BOTH times they left out my ranch for the chicken fingers!! 1x, fine, but twice!! The 1st time they gave me an extra cicken finger, probably because they know how thin & sad they look. 2nd time I got 3 short thin chicken fingers. Like chicken sticks! However, my daughter loved the burger & the shake was good.

the cheese is half empty, the burger is sad and I didn't get the extra garlic sauce that I asked for... I will not be ordering steak and shake again

shakes were impossible to drink, one had a hole in the bottom, and both were under filled. my Fries were soggy and cold when arrived. 0/10 recommend.

this is how my Frico Pettey melt unwrapped.bread only on one side. both orders of fries were cold and tasted of over used oil. $40 for what tasted like microwave reheated fast food meal. extremely disappointed
