when I got my order, I looked at my milkshakes and it was halfway full, no whipped cream no cherries on them and they have no flavor no pieces of Oreo or Butterfinger. The OREO® Cookies 'n Cream was barely even full in the cup. I spent way too much money to not get anything worth it. Your food is it cold

Received shakes two of them were only half way full. They smelled funny and tasted horrible. We paid for Oreo and butterfinger and received basically a vanilla shake with two or three pieces of the requested additive in it. I would like a full refund. What a waste of money Definitely don't recommend ordering from here.

This is the third time that Steak and Shake continues to give incorrect order. When ordering the cheese fries, cheese is included with that. I als purchase an additional side of cheese, which costs money, and they continue to only give me the 1 cup of cheese. There should be 1-2 cups included with a large cheese fry, and any additionally purchased cups would be separate. Unacceptable considering the cheese cup they did provide is less than 1/3 of the way filled. This is not on the door dash delivery person, but on Steak and Shake for continuously not providing ordered items that were paid for.

Even the Chili Mac is good and delicious and even with melted cheese plus I even like their grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon on them too.

Everything was smashed into 1 bag. Tatortots looked like greasy hashbrowns. The quality,nothing like usual.Missing extra Frisco Sauce ordered
Pay over $100, should be better.
