The food came hot, fresh, and fast. The burgers were cooked perfectly. The portion was quite large. I would definitely order from here again. The Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough milkshake was delicious an to die for!

The tiny tenders they give you is definitely not worth nearly 10$. Dry and bland. Steak n shake has gone down in quality over the years while jacking up the price.

I'm sure my score would have been higher had my dasher not been delayed. My burger was still juicy and delicious, just not hot. I'm not sure what kind on magic happens with the onions, but I appreciate that they aren't overpowering.

The delivery was fast. The order was missing fries(and it was a small order). One of the burgers was so sloppy almost inedible. The milkshakes were over flowing and the cups were covered in milkshake which got all over our hands and clothes.

soggy french fries.. and undercooked. the delivery sealed backs need holes to vent...the bag was saturated from steam trapped in bag.
