The Frisco melt came with a huge ring of crunchy beef on the edges. I ordered the combo with a Coke and an additional shake for later, but didn't get the Coke. I added a star for the excellent onion rings.

Missing several items. Freezing cold. Burgers came plain with nothing on them, even though we ordered and paid for topping. They were small shriveled and way over priced. Cheesburgers from McDonald's are 100% better. Fries not even cooked all the way. JUST GROSS

Forgot one of my drinks and the drink I did have did not have a safety sticker over the straw hole. Also both of my burgers were upside down in the boxes. But the burgers still tasted great, fries were cold but you expect that on take out in winter in Ohio

5stars isn't enough 10/20 stars I'd give the food and restaurant so clean packaged well they know what their doing 😁 delicious burgers and fries best onion Onion Rings

The 5-way had no chili on it, just chili sauce. I ordered extra cheese and extra onion, and I didn't get either. I paid for extra for express delivery in around 30 minutes. It took over an hour for the delivery because the driver got to the restaurant, and had to wait over 30 minutes for the order. I can't blame the driver because it wasn't his fault he had to wait at the restaurant for that long. He did what he could. I don't know if the restaurant was short-staffed, but this is becoming a recurring thing with this location, which is on its third or fourth management change since I have lived here.
