It's pretty pricey for the small amount of food that you get. The fry/onion ring containers were half full and cold, and while the burgers were decent they were oddly small. It just didn't seem worth the amount of money when you could get more food from less money elsewhere.

This is the saddest excuse of chicken strips I've ever seen. The proportion is horrible. I wouldn't order again from here if they are going to give me 3 whimpy chicken strips.

The chili 5 way was not hot. Had hardly any meat, but had way too many beans and spaghetti. The brownie was pretty good. Will not order chili mac again. I grew up on Steak n Shake as a young girl and teenager. The difference between then and now is not comparable. All fast food has lost its quality and customer service. They need to ramp up their hiring process. Im my experience, most of the employees can't even assemble a sandwich properly. I could go on but I won't. Since COVID made it's ugly appearance, the majority of services and products have declined beyond what is acceptable.
