Kiddos love the beef tallow fries with cheese. Appreciated the cheese on the side for dipping and less mess.

Paid $6.50 for a TINY plate of the chili spaghetti and it was so not worth that amount. With no drinks or sides, it is horribly over priced.

The frys were over cooked or the oil needs to be changed. The shake only had chocolate chips in there was no cookie dough. This was the worse experience I have had there.

I submitted my order with Steak 'n Shake a head of time to be delivered between 2:10 and 2:30. The order was never ready for the dasher to pick up and it never arrived until 3:18. At this point I already missed my lunch break, so never had the chance to eat it. Crazy enough, when I looked through the bag, they never put the fries for my order into the bag. It clearly showed that fries were ordered according to the ticket tapped to the bag. The bag was sealed and so the blame does not go onto the dasher but the establishment. Steak 'n Shake has clearly went down the drain.

First and last order from me. They shorted me on the drink for my meal, the bacon on the burger was not crisp, and there were no napkins in the grease stained bag. Thanks but no thanks.
