Chili 5-Way, got Door Dash order, tiny portion, barely filled 1/4 of the container, Definitely not $8+ worth of food! Order was not checked, no crackers, no napkins, NO FORK!! I had to ask the Dasher if he had one in his car, thankfully he did!

Delicious burgers and shakes! Always yummy and they go above and beyond to ensure that you are pleased with your food.

Birthday Cake This shake never has the cake pieces in it anymore. Its the flavor of the birthday cake but they're always out of the cake that goes in it. The nutella shakes are always good. Great customer service everytime I call.

There has been no ice in my drinks the past two times I've eaten here. The drinks go flat faster, and they are hard to drink warm. Even adding two cups of ice doesn't help much. On top of that, the fries were barely warm, and had clearly been sitting for some time; the boxes were also barely filled. I really like Steak n' Shake, but this was not a good experience.

The sandwich was burned and I had to take the lid off the shake and make a mess to drink it...no hole for straw!!!!! :(
