• 25/9/22Not only were the burger and fries freezing, but the burger patty was not even half of a patty. I ordered no onions to find onions on the burger and the bun is rock hard and inedible… milkshake was only half full as well as the drink.

• 17/5/23Always loved the steakburgers and fries here. Excellent flavor and I enjoy the added garlic flavor. The tenders are moist and tasty, couldn't ask for more.

• 27/10/25the burger was fantastic. My fries would have been to, if they were hot. I would order this again. Fresh tomatoes.could have been a little bbigger but still really fantastic.

• 20/7/24I love steak n shake. My fries old and my burger had old wilted lettuce and an old tomatoe and my bread was soaggy. I am less than ten minutes from the store. The timing was great but should have known something wasnt going to be right.

• 27/8/23The shakes were great but the chili was probably the worst chili I've ever had. It was a bowl of grease and tasted burnt. Driver was fine. I usually like S&S chili but I'll stay away for a bit after this.
