Food is good in general but fries held no heat and drink was flavorless. The melt was extremely greasy and messed up the whole bag

Meat tasted old and weird. Bread wasn't toasted enough it was like soggy and wet. Would not order again.

I ordered 2 of the Triple Chocolate Brownies and only received 1. The Reese's® Chocolate Peanut Butter and OREO® M&M® are really good!

Our drinks were not with our order, onion ring stale tasting and my Frisco melt was bland..I have had it before this one I had was horrible. We attempted seven times to call about the drinks it rang until it hung up on its own. I am outraged by this and I'm on the main website stating the service & food issues!!!
