I don't understand the bad reviews as we're always happy with the food we receive. The Honey-Kissed Crispy Nuggets GF* were great. Light breading, which is hard to find, and great flavor. The portion sizes are also very generous. The tenders are also great.

The bone in chicken thighs and legs were HUGE and not thoroughly cooked. We are disappointed because the actual food looks nothing as portrayed on line. The slaw is dry. The fries are good. If it was possible to get refunded, we would request one. We usually do not experience problems with Door Dash or the restaurants they serve, and we have been pretty regular customers. We do not plan to order again.

This is the first time ordering from Strips. Food was delivered warm and on time. The chicken strips were very good. Meaty and tasty. The pulled pork sandwich was hugh and the pork was very tender and flavorful. I did not have any cheese or strawberry BBQ on the sandwich. The main reason for my middle rating is due to the zucchini. JUST PLAIN AWFUL! Mushy, no flavor, coating all over the place (except on the zucchini), and cut into odd shaped pieces. Even the ranch dressing had no flavor. As a side note, all the food boxes and the foil on the sandwich were very greasy (but they did include plenty of napkins). I would order the chicken and pork sandwich again.

Wev had a good experienc before so we ordered again. Coleslaw was off so we just thought it was th cook. Toni order was terrible. Chicken was good though ordered a side salad and for $8, I wo think that more than a cup of let would be in it. Lettuce was wilted also. Coleslaw was very bland, and this use to be my favorite place for it. Mac-n-cheese was verydey and gritty. Mac n cheese is my son's (autistic) thing to eat and HE wouldn't even eat it! Tried twice, now we know to only order the chicken

I've been craving real fried chicken, as a celiac the only way to get it is to make it myself... The Bone-In Fried Chicken Thighs/Legs GF scratched that itch almost perfectly! The only change is that I wish they had breasts as an option in addition to legs & thighs. Regardless, I'll be ordering again soon!
