• 3/9/25So don't get me wrong. They are a neighborhood staple, best coffee you'll ever have. But without a doubt they will always get something in your order wrong. I order the same exact thing every single time and it's very simple. Medium hot coffee (4 sugar packets and vanilla creamer in the side) and an egg bagel toasted with cream cheese. I'll either get the sugar packets with no creamer, sugar packets with cream inside the coffee. Oh and the sugar packets are always Saran wrapped to the coffee so it's already hot and melted but the time it arrives to you. Sometimes I'll only get two sugar packets, sometimes the bagel won't be toasted, and oh! One time the bagel came with butter. So yeah
TL; DR good food, horrible at following directions.

• 8/2/25I am very disappointed. Everything came soaking wet in the flimsy bag. The Crumb Cake, the Bagel was drenched in butter when I asked for it to be lightly toasted with very little butter. You have to gave better packaging.

• 1/1/25Where do I start.. Hash browns were a soggy, greasy, mess. Completely stuck to the paper they were wrapped in. Inedible. Threw them out. Also ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and they gave me sesame. Did not order my buttered bagels toasted for a reason and they toasted them anyway, came as just a soggy mess too. First and last time trying this place. Literally go anywhere else.
