I was very disappointed in the customer service, particularly or should I say the lack of customer service, sub really needs to look at their staff better. I ordered cookies and they didn't have them in stock. The girl was extremely rude to me. Refused flatly to contact DoorDash to refund the item even though I did not want a substitute for the cookies, I even marked it as no substitute. she just refused to do it. I had to wait for the order to be delivered and then contact DoorDash myself. I believe that my rap was just throwing together because she was already angry. It was not toasted as requested. The meat tasted old and the rapid self was wet. Overall terribly disappointing. I probably won't go back again now but the customer service is just disgusting.
