This is the third time I've had an issue with this store. The purpose of ordering ahead is for it to be ready. All of these have been the same thing - having to wait for people in line and still basically having to order as normal. An hour this time, still wasnt ready. Sandwich was sloppy and runny.

These guys lack common sense. I ordered the meatball marinara and the loaded it with sauce to where you could not pick up the sandwich without it falling apart. They had to wrap it 4 times just so it could be transported. If you have to wrap a sandwich 4 times to keep it together, wouldn't that mean you need to remake the sandwich? But I've had my first soup sandwich today smh

There was very little meat on the subs alot of veggies when I order black Forrest ham and a turkey sub ...Wow should be ashamed of themselves
