Sandwiches are good as always. I like the new bags with the handles because items pack well and is easy to carry. The last two times I ordered the tight sandwich wrapping was excellent and the sandwiches were intact.

This order, compared to my last order of mush and extra meat that I had paid for and did not get, was 100% improvement. Sandwich was fresh, extra meat was on there and it was tasteful.  I will order again, hoping for the great consistency of freshness that I received with this order.

I only get ham, cheese, and lettuce with oil and vinegar on my sandwich. This time it arrived with not even a half of a handful of lettuce on the entire 12" sandwich and the oil and vinegar was nonexistent. I couldn't even see it let alone taste it. 

If there are no other toppings, put extra of what they do get veg wise, because they can always take it off. And if you're afraid of putting too much oil/vinegar, then put them in the small togo containers. This was just awful and a disappointment. I hate the inconsistency when ordering here.

grilled chicken sandwich was barely filled with anything at all. when i got one from the ashland location, it was an actual regular footlong sandwich and each half was filling but this one literally had probably half the filling

Bread was so dry it was falling apart. Since it was falling apart, the bread was sliding all over from the excessive mustard and mayonnaise.  I had also requested and paid for twice the meat and did not get twice the meat. Instead, I got less than normal.  This was a door dash order.
