Employees were on their phones when I went to pick up my food and had no idea an order had been placed. Then the employee marked my food was done immediately realizing. I had to wait another 15 minutes when I get there even with no customers.

Ordered three chicken teriyaki dishes, opting for noodles instead of rice at an extra charge for each. Unfortunately, only one of my dishes came with noodles; the other two had rice, despite the added fee. This is the second occurrence of this issue. Hoping for better attention to ensuring order accuracy in the future.

I got the chicken teriyaki and shrimp. The box was mostly rice and the chicken was poor quality and small.

Have loved ordering from here but the last two times the portion sizes have been significantly smaller and the quality has gone downhill as well. Very disappointing
