The PRIME DELMONICO SANDWICH alone had me give this place five stars, it was perfectly seasoned, slightly pink in the middle...so, so good!

I’ve now ordered from Sullivans in Charlotte twice through DoorDash, and unfortunately that was enough to know I won’t be back — not for takeout and not in person.
When you charge steakhouse prices, I expect steakhouse standards. What I received was an overcooked filet tossed into a basic cardboard container with zero presentation. No care. No attention. Just “here you go.” For the price point, that’s unacceptable.
To make it worse, my Dasher waited 30 minutes for the food. This was a Monday night — it’s hard to believe the kitchen was completely overwhelmed. It felt less like a volume issue and more like to-go orders simply aren’t a priority.
Treating takeout customers like second-class guests says a lot. If you’re going to charge full restaurant pricing, the quality and execution should reflect it — regardless of whether someone is sitting at a white-tablecloth table or eating at their kitchen counter.
Disappointing enough that I won’t be giving it a third try.

Terrible experience. Not worth the money! My king crab gnocchi came with no crab!!! My crab fried rice barely had any crab! They did not have lids for drinks so I did not receive one and no utensils given for me to eat my food i had to get my own. Mediocre food and service. And my food is basically cold

maybe this isn't something I should have ordered togo... I've ordered ahi tuna from other places though, and had it work out. I'll have to go in person to see if it was a fluke. disappointing way to spend 20 bucks.

By the far the worst $80 steak ive ever had. Charged us $25 to add steak to my wife's salad and didnt put any on, so her salad was literally a few pieces of lettuce nothing like the pictures. The steak they gave me was honestly disrespectful. It was unseasoned and nearly all fat, and reminded me of a cut id feed to my dogs.
