The Prime Rib Dip is something I order often. A favorite go-to. So delicious! Generous portions. The Candy Bar Cake is rich and absolutely amazing for chocolate lovers! Both the sandwich and the dessert are completely shareable. Awesome for a date night IN. Thank you Summit Grill!

On my quest to try multiple things on this menu, tonight I had the Lobster Stuffed Salmon. Delicious!! The salmon was cooked perfectly and there was a generous amount of lobster. So far I've loved everything I've tried here. The Ultimate Grilled Cheese, the Cod Fillet Dinner, the Prime Rib Dip, the Ribeye with crispy brussel sprouts. If you want to treat yourself or someone else -- this is the place!

The Seared Ahi Tuna only came with a single little ramekin full of a few chunks of tuna. It wasn't near enough for the whole to-go box full of fried wontons and slaw. It tasted amazing and I would have easily ordered it again many times over if it came with a fair amount of tuna, considering that's literally the name of the dish. The Shrimp Mac n' Cheese was supposed to also have scallops in it but had none and not many pieces of shrimp. The kids liked their Grilled Cheese. Overall disappointed with what we got compared to what we paid.

We order the Chicken Fried Chicken Family Pack from time to time and it's always good. Tonight it was exceptionally prepared and packaged with no detail overlooked. Exquisite flavors in simple dishes with a home made vibe. 10/10 recommend! Major kudos to the expo, wait staff and management at this restaurant ❤️

Ordered the grilled chicken and goat cheese salad for $21. The chicken was tough and chewy. There were maybe four strawberry slices in the salad and a few candied walnuts. For the money, I was expecting more. I can go to Panera and get their strawberry poppyseed salad for less and it's loaded with goodies and nice, lean chicken . You live and learn. I won't order from here again . Too many cheaper options.
