The meal I had was so flavorful and settled in my stomach so well. The egusi and fish has a smoky, sweet and savory flavor with a little bit of spice. It was a good portion too; they gave me a lot of fish with my meal! The inside of the restaurant has a calm ambiance and the customer service is great!

The jollof Rice Combo was aromatic and tasty, as well as the Fufu Combo(Egusi or Okra or Vegetable Soup). I've ordered the Fufu Combo(Egusi or Okra or Vegetable Soup) before, but this time the taste and quality was especially great.

I got egusi with pounded Yam and tripe and thigh. The tripe is delicious and absorbs the tasty flavors of the egusi. If you like the meat in menudo you'll like the tripe and thigh. Honestly it was delicious and a good serving size, at least two serving sizes. It's delicious and can't wait to visit the restaurant in person :)

This time, I got Fufu Combo(Egusi or Okra or Vegetable Soup) with fish and Pounded Yam. It came fresh and piping hot. This was lunch and dinner, so bomb. This is my 3rd time ordering, and each time, my food was well prepared and secured to prevent food tampering.

i had the egusi soup with fufu and chicken. i was really looking forward to trying this dish and getting a taste of what my ancestors originated. the chicken was moist and juicy but the taste of burnt egusi made it hard to enjoy. there was much flavor in the egusi itself, however it had a strong odor to it, like it was burnt or left out too long, and there was so much oil .. the fufu also came cold and had a bitter flavor so i think i'll try the sweeter one next time i'm willing to try this dish again. there goes $30 wasted.
