The Strawberry Ricotta Pancakes and eggs are the best ive ever had! The pancakes are filling so you dont need much to go with them other than a drink but the eggs are seasoned perfectly. Havent gone to this restaurant in person but if its this good at home I think i'll be in heaven if I go in person.

Genuinely, the Truck Stop Breakfast is one of the best breakfasts I've had since moving to Utah. The sourdough toast is incredible, and while I normally don't care for shedded hash browns, the Side Hash Browns were so good! I will definitely be a repeat bruncher!

Bicuits and gravy was asked to be made vegetarian (per the option on the item) and instead of calling to say they couldn't do it, just sent it non-vegetarian with a note.
The biscuits were overcooked and hard, could barely cut through it.
Only got 1 piece of toast with the shashuka.
For a $75 meal we're really disappointed and feel ripped off.

Easily the best brunch spot in town. Especially great for people with food allergies or dietary restrictions. They allow you to customize your order to avoid lots of different allergens. This is so rare and I appreciate it so much. Their menu is so much more fun and creative than most restaurants in this city can say. Just fantastic, great-quality food based on everything I've tried! I can't have dairy, so I had basically given up on ordering brunch from restaurants. But the Almond Flour Pancakes here are SO good. They're surprisingly gluten free, also. I normally dislike pancakes and typical American-style breakfast foods. But this place converted me. I add chocolate chips, berries, and pecans to my pancakes. The only downside is that they consistently leave out the pecans. But this time they accidentally gave me some sort of almond crumble that was literally God-tier. Oh, and their sausage tastes like it's likely made in-house. Just so good. This place is not cheap, TBH. Especially not with delivery. With the delivery fee and a generous tip, one meal costs upwards of $60. If I remember correctly, a side of fruit is $10-$15? But honestly, food that's so consistently good is worth it. For special occasions, it's absolutely worth the price. The quality matches the price or even exceeds it. This is the only restaurant in the area that never lets me down!

These guys have it figured out. A great chef who delivers quality food driven by quality ingredients. Coupled with a care for how their product is handed off to the customer outside of the restaurant. All of the above combined makes for a well above average experience.
I've been to the restaurant once and had food delivered at least three times now. The attention to detail and exceptional delivery in all facets will keep me coming back.
