These are the absolute best breakfast tacos ever. The eggs are so fluffy & the flavors are just perfect. These will become my day off Treat! Thank you to the staff at Susana's Cafe for such a delicious breakfast!

The House Oatmeal had a consistency of soup compared to oatmeal's I've had in other restaurants which are more thick. And the Iced Matcha Latte 16oz I ordered coconut flavoring and I couldn't taste it. I haven't tried anything else on the menu yet.

Susana's was my go-to for breakfast quesadillas on my day off but forget that noise I'm sleeping in for a grilled cheese. And this is the Upgrade to fries? What is a whole fry, half the deed to Idaho? Fantastic as always but as all perfect things need a nudge to true glory, the fries need a smattering more of a good sea salt. Great stuff. Love this place!

Omellete was excellent. Beef Empanadas & Empanada Venezolana chicken *Gluten Free were awesome. Avocado Toast with egg was excellent. Really great diner
