Wow!! If you're looking for top quality sushi this is it! I eat a lot of sushi and I haven't had anything even close to this good in years. The Bellevue Roll had the most delicious fresh uni in it. I usually order uni nigiri but was intrigued by a roll with it in it. I'm so glad I ordered it. I highly recommend the Minced Tuna - Negitoro maki roll as well.

Ordering Sushi Kuni on DoorDash was easy and enjoyable. The menu is massive, full of creative rolls, bowls, and sides, which made narrowing down choices both fun and a little tough (in the best way).
The food arrived fresh, well-packaged, and intact. Highlights:
• The Unagi Don rivaled what I’ve had in Japan.
• Rolls like the Volcano and Tarantula stood out as high-quality and thoughtfully balanced.
• Kid-friendly options like California, Philly, and Shrimp Tempura rolls were devoured happily.
• Sides like gyoza and tempura rounded out the meal, with only the delivery-related sogginess of the tempura being a minor tradeoff.
Between the smooth DoorDash experience and the quality of the food, this order was a win. I’d absolutely recommend Sushi Kuni both for adventurous sushi fans and families alike.
Portions were actually really great. Usually a little too big, but that's how we do in America.

Their sushi is super fresh and packs a flavor punch that's off the charts. The delivery is speedy, and they pack everything so well, you'd think you were sitting at their sushi bar. If you're a sushi lover or just sushi-curious, give Sushi Kuni a shot. Trust me, your taste buds will thank you!

The order was ready to go with ginger, wasabi and chopsticks in about 10 mins! Always impeccably fresh and well presented. Today was my first time trying the *Fatty Tuna - Toro and it was DELICIOUS. *Negi Hama Roll is my go-to along with the *Salmon - Sake. The *Seattle Roll is a new staple for me too. This is my favorite sushi restaurant hands down! I would happily drive 30 mins out of my way to dine here and it's wonderful to have them on Door Dash.

Paid for an expedited direct DD delivery of Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy CA DeepFry Roll, Gyoza, and Chicken Karaase, and I was terribly disappointed.
The Teriyaki was undercooked and had zero sauce! It was disgusting, frankly. The Gyoza was undercooked as well, barely browned on one side and flavorless. The Karaase Chicken was supposed to be crispy but tasted like soggy McNuggets. The dipping sauce for both the chicken and the Gyoza was the same soy sauce-like salt bomb. Finally, the CA Roll, supposedly deep fried to give it a little crunch, was simply a mushy smutch that tasted so sus, I threw it out after eating two pieces. And no typical ginger or wasabi on the side either.
I don't normally complain when food is just so-so, but after spending over $60 plus the extra $ to get a quicker direct delivery, I felt compelled to report this very disappointing meal. It's a Tuesday evening. Maybe the regular chef was off?
