Pronounced “poh-kay”, what we serve up at Sushi Remix are basically big (and bigger) bowls of deconstructed sushi.
Exactly how you want it, when you want it. Think of it as sushi’s cool little cousin…
I love being able to get amazing sushi bowls. The taste at Sushi Rwmix is always fantastic, fresh, and hearty. I like the way that I can customize all aspects of the bowls, and enjoy showing people how cool this rest is!
Get the tuna and salmon, dont miss out on the extras!

Sushi Remix never disappoints. I always get a BYO bowl and it consistently tastes fresh every single time. They’ve never messed up my order, which honestly says a lot. On top of that, their boba tea is really good and pairs perfectly with the food. Reliable, fresh, and always a great experience, I’ll definitely keep coming back.

This was really, really good! I was worried my customized bowl might not be good because of my selections, but it was great! The ingredients are fresh, and the bowl came together perfectly. So many variations you can make with the BYO. I've found a new "go to" place!! Light, fresh, and perfect for dinner. Highly recommend!

Please never leave 🥹 I've been dying for a place like you to come to Midland. The BYO Bowl Large is perfect and the Horchata is delicious. Will definitely be ordering from here more often.
