I really like this place where one can get authentic South Indian food and snacks (and even North Indian options as well). It's one of my favorite Indian cafes in the valley. I've been to the store many times and have seen a lot of Indians eating there which is a good sign that it's authentic. The flavors are very good, although food tends to be rather spicy (especially the biryanis). Even when I request mild, it still tastes medium + heat, and I end up having to douse it with the yogurt raita to tone down the spiciness. They use a moderate amount of oil and salt, more than I'd prefer but probably pleasing to most people. Their garlic naan is really good, light and buttery. The sambhar is so- so. I did request a certain type of boxed sweet, but unfortunately they didn't follow my instruction and gave me something else.

I asked for utensils and didnt get them, didn't even get napkins, nothing. We used tissue paper :/ We are at a hotel from out of state and needed these items for our meal. We also had to eat out of the containers (I suggest offering small plates even if you need to charge for them) I ordered Garlic Naan and Tandoori Roti but didn't get the Garlic Naan, just 2 orders of regular Tandoori Roti, that was a super bummer. We didn't eat them yet but they look good, not dry and has a very fresh smell and look to them. The Okra Fry was a bit dry but the flavor was great, didn't care for the peanuts though, they were a bit too crunchy from the frying. Also, I don't think charging $14.99 for such a small order of Okra Fry is fair. In my opinion, that's a $8-9 order (that's being nice) The goat Telangana Goat Curry and Goat Pepper Fry were amazing, very authentic in taste, a bit too spicy but that's my own fault for asking for medium spice. Still delicious though. The Gulab Jamun (3 pcs) were the best I've ever had. In the future, please make sure to include utensils when guest requests them, not everyone is getting food delivered at home. Please also double check the customer's order is correct, thank you. Also, speedy delivery which is a plus! My only disappointment was no utensils, and not receiving the Garlic Naan. Thank you for the meal.

no taste , no masala
Just besan coating which was very thick
The portion was big but i was not able to eat one single piece. I ordered Somosas earlier which was pretty good in taste. but this one is not recommended. I wish i could return it.

I've ordered from here before, but this time, it was very disappointing. This is my first time getting the Chicken Saag and I would definitely not recommend that in the future. The chicken in the Chicken Saag was on the bone, which made it incredibly difficult to eat. The Chicken Tikka Dosa barely had any chicken in it, and was basically just soaked in sauce. Overall, not my favorite meal.
