I'm a regular, and normally the quality is good. However, my drink had very little carbonation this time and did not taste good

The cup was cut from the cup holder and the drink leaked out. Please get back to the regular drink holder.

Our items smelled of cigarette smoke, and we didn't receive several items we paid for. We also didn't receive any straws.
