Shumai, Fatty Beef w. Pickled Sauce, Pan Fried Scallion Cakes, Sauted Udon Everything was PHENOMENAL! The Pan Fried Scallion Cakes are so good man!!! The Fatty Beef w. Pickled Sauce is super super spicy and addictive, such great broth! The Shumai is as delicious as ever and the Sauted Udon was absolutely fantastic and very saucy!!! 10/10!!!

Sichuan Dandan Noodles are insanely authentic! I'm very obsessed with Dan Dan Noodle and try them everywhere I can. easily top 3 in the country I've tried the Indonesian Fried Rice was very authentic, i just feel it needed some sambal for the kick. all in all was a very good meal and I will be back for more Sichuan Dandan Noodles
