They didn't package it very well. The food was smashed and the shells were broken. The food was not made how it was supposed to be. My Cantina Chicken Crispy Taco Combo was a just a plan hard taco shell with very little chicken and cheese and no sauce.  I did not get the cinnamon twist that comes with it. The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were hard as rocks and could not be eaten and only had a small amount of cheese.

Chalupa Supremewas old and stale, almost no meat in the Cheesy Gordita Crunch or the soft tacos. Dont order from here if you plan on customizing your order or are ordering late at night and they forgot my drink

I was shorted my second Cheesy Roll Up, my Shredded Beef Taco was barely a taco at all, only a tablespoon of beef & my Doritos Locos Taco was not supreme after I selected supreme & paid the difference.

Taco Bell filled the freezes only halfway. One more than the other. It seems to always be something when ordering from Taco Bell.
