Excellent packing of the order. The cheese and beef are good but their portion size doesn't match their prices. The portion control is so bad that two chiladas are not even the true size of even one chilada. If they didn't have portion issues they would be a 5 star establishment

Ordered 2 chiladas but the portion of meat was one portion. The portion issue is a franchise or location issue because the other location (different franchise) I go to you get what you pay for and they don't charge for tomatoes but this location does charge for tomatoes which is ridiculous because as we all know it's all GMO and not even real food so I will never order tomatoes from this location again. They got the order correct but does $13+ for 2 tortillas with kids portion of meat, no cheese, no beans, no olives, no sauce sound like value to you ? I'll try them one more time and see if they give a fair portion of meat since I'm not getting the other items I'm paying for and take it from there

This store does everything right that I've had except for the nachos and cinnamon delight things. They are chewy instead of crisp and taste like they're fried with old oil. The nachos use cheese that tastes like it from a plastic bag. No flavor at all except maybe chemicals. I would not order those again. Portion sizes are big, and I especially love how much shredded cheese they put on the tacos and tostadas!

So I love the fact that I can select no cheese on the Chili Burger, even though it's not supposed to have cheese I frequently get it with cheese and I do not care for it. But the fillings to select on the Combo Burrito was a little weird. It is supposed to be meat and beans, but there was a check box for meat and a check box for beans, and a check box for extra meat and a check box for extra beans, so I selected meat and beans and I was charged more and received these GIGANTIC burritos. It's fine, just an extra meal... or two.
