Did NOT receive crunchy chicken like it stated on my ticket. And was charged for sour cream that wasn't in the bag. Pretty disappointed. Never have had to worry about incorrect items/forgotten items from Taco John's before....

The food was cold and the 'fried chicken' was nothing more than five skinny tenders for $8+.
