good portion size and a lot of cheese but it's all on the top, also did not receive the sour cream and salsa which was supposed to be included but I'm sure it was just an oversight.
the Superfab Cheesy Nachos did taste great though.

It's like Taco Bell, but more expensive and not nearly as good (and Taco Bell isn't very good.)
I rarely (if ever) leave bad reviews because i am a small business owner and i know how much they can hurt... but if this place doesn't improve pretty much every aspect of their food, i truly believe they shouldn't even be in business anyways.
The food:
Nachos were marketed with a beautiful picture of traditional nachos, all covered in cheese, with salsa and sour cream on the side... They served us literal Tostitos Rounds with one layer of cheap cheese and the nastiest dry beef ive maybe ever had. Layers under had no cheese. No anything. Just raw Tostito... oh and no sour cream or salsa and about 4 tablespoons of very mid guacamole.
Taco was just dry trash. Every ingredient was noticeably not fresh.
Burrito was like happy meal size and tasted like what i imagine "mexican night" in prison tastes like.
Really bad.... really, really bad.
Do better or close.

Order the Beef Blaster Burritos often. 2 for 1 deal is spectacular. Fully loaded burrito with guac, tomatoes, cheese, rice and beans!
Can't speak to the rest of menu but these are a great value on special.

Ordered (4) of the Blaster Burrito and (1) Mambo Tot Burrito. Best Western tell, received (5) Blaster Burrito. All were marked by green painter's tape. No other markings. Didn't notice any tatter tots in the Burritos.
Order a lot and often. Place has to be jumping. Someone just grabbed the wrong one.
Would like to see a correction on the bill please.
