Tacos A Go Go opened more than 16 years ago without a bang. In fact, almost no one noticed our tiny Tex Mex taqueria in a small space on Houston's Main Street.

The Breakfast Burrito is so big and stuffed it is almost bursting. I had to eat it wit a fork to avoid making an even bigger mess. The potatoes are large chunks and melt in your mouth. The eggs are fluffy and mine was brimming with chopped bacon. The refried beans were very creamy.
This was too much for me to finish but I imagine it would be perfect for someone who needs lot of calories to start their workday!
Very tasty and worth the cost.

The breakfast tacos with the "lamb barbacoa" smelled strong and tasted horrible. My wife and I had to throw them away. Definitely, more like old mutton and not fresh lamb. And certainly not worth the $3.59 up charge for this meat option.

the corn tortillas are second only to tortilleria la reina - their Breakfast Taco are so freaking good it makes getting up too early on a sunday worth it. i really like the taco verde - the chipotle crema is awesome- but i wish i had the option to tell them to leave off the mushrooms and replace them with potatoes + they should really use double tortillas for the Verde Taco bc it's a little juicy. if i could have them make breakfast every day i would.

Restaurant didn't follow order for rice-refried bean-cheese-salsa burrito. Gave me pitifully small smear of beans, cheese (almost 2 inches of one end of burrito was simply folded flour tortilla with no filling) -- nothing else that is part of the burrito – no rice, salsa. $20 with tip & tax for what I could have gotten better at Taco Bell for less than $2. Worst of all, didn't want to take the complaint, referred me to DoorDash.

Queso was disgusting. The cheap velveeta like cheese was already clumping up along the edges of the container within the 7-10 mins it takes to arrive. Driver was at restaurant waiting for order so I know it wasn't sitting there getting lumpy. Tacos were good though.
