The way the ordering process is setup, it is quite confusing. It says, "order of 3," but then states 6 flour tortillas and has you choose up to 6 different proteins. I received 3 tacos (like stated), but didn't get the protein that I wanted (steak/asada). I didn't understand where the 3 other proteins came into play (it's like playing a game of roulette) and I definitely don't see 6 tortillas. Quality appears good for the price, but not so much the quantity. Sidenote: Rice/Arroz is flavorful & Gringas( order of 3) were tasty. Just wish the ordering process wasn't kind of deceiving.

I've never had bad Mexican. Bland? Yes. Bad? No. Not until El Chepe. But not only were the tacos inedible (undercooked meat), but they sold me $8 guacamole with zero tortilla chips. I also laid $1 for .25 oz of shredded cheese. So, bad value. Bad, and potentially dangerous, flavor.

Chorizo had no flavor. Unfortunately they crammed 3 tacos in a TINY to-go box. everything on top of the tacos was touching that I didn't want. But it's not an option on here to remove it. Didn't like that. Yeah probably won't order again. Want more flavor and space for my food. Not worth the almost $30.

In a town with a taco truck on every corner, Taco el Chepe stands out. Portions are generous, the flavor is perfect and the guy that runs the place is super friendly. It's our go-to taco joint and should be yours if you are on this side of town.

They charged me a dollar for 2 ounces of green sauce. There's not even 1 ounce in this cup. Not to mention the quesadilla was really greasy.
