This might be the best Quesabirria in Utah county- excellent quality, great portion, you can taste the freshness of all the ingredients. If you're looking for a good Quesabirria in Orem/provo, I would recommend this over Red Tacos any day!

The Burritos are absolutely huge, big enough for two meals for me. The sauces are amazing, and the Side Rice and Side-Beans surprisingly flavorful. This meal was an absolute delight in every way.

Our experience with the 5 taco special was that the meat was a bit dry, which was a bummer since they double up the corn tortillas for structural integrity. We also felt that they lacked acidity and were entirely one-dimensional in flavor. That said, the value was good. Maybe there's a trick to ordering/constructing them that we don't know.

what defines birria for me is the consome; if it's lacking in any regard, especially overall flavor, everything is off. this restaurant's is by farrrrrr the best i've ever found. it's so doggone good.
