• 5/2/25 咖喱鸡curried chicken was really bad. For some reason they deep fry the chicken, there's barely any meat and a ton of over cooked batter around the chicken. Tasted bitter. Absolutely one of the worst dishes i've ever gotten in sf

• 3/10/25The 水煮鱼片 / Spicy Fish with Chili Oil was very tasty and hits the spot to eat with rice. The soup came in a 64oz reusable container! The fish was not tender however. It was like eating pig ear cartilage.
The 椒盐鸡翅salt and pepper chicken wings were alright. I prefer salt and pepper things with garlic & jalapeno rather than onion & jalapeno. I also prefer that the jalapeno is still crunchy, but the jalapeno in this dish was like eating stir fried bell peppers.
The braised beef stew is five spice flavored, tender, and comes with various cuts of the cow including the stomach. Great portion.
Also make sure if ordering steamed rice that you add it to the dish as an add-on rather than a la carte because it's cheaper. The large side of Steamed Rice小米饭 is plentiful for the price compared to everywhere else in SF.

• 10/2/26Taishan Cuisine is fabulous--a dear favorite. I have a particular fondness for their noodle dishes, which are served in heaping portions, and make for a perfect late night treat.
