This is honestly the best ramen I've ever had. I order frequently and build my own ramen. It's beyond flavor and I absolutely love how perfectly cooked the pork belly is. I hate when it's soggy and undercooked but they definitely know what they're doing here, it's my favorite spot. Plus you get money off after you spend $50

One of the best if not the best Ramen spots in Chicago. Portion is perfection , cheaper than most places but incredibly delicious. Pls provide more options for add on, I wish I could purchase extra menma as it is on the lighter side.

I ordered the Build Your Own Ramen Bowl with chicken broth (level 1), chicken chashu, bean sprouts, green onion, sweet corn, and ajitsuke tamago, and it was without a doubt the best ramen I've ever had. The portions were very generous and everything was still hot by the time I got home. I would 100% order again.

Chicken Ramen wasnt bad, broth was decent, overall a solid 3.5/5. No real seasoning in the food, could use more MSG or something. Owner might ask the owner of Nudo House in STL how to improve it. Pork Bell Skewersy are the same, 3.5, a little chewy, covered in random spices. $2.50 for a 12oz can of soda is wild. Cant say id order here again unfortunately, price just didnt justify the taste.

Amazing....best ramen ever. That broth baby...delicious!! You are my go to restaurant now.
That sweet and sour chicken was still crispy when it arrived. It's even good cold!!!
