Honestly I was unfortunately quite disappointed with the meal. I really liked the Yang Zhou Fried Rice / 扬州炒饭 this actually had good texture and flavour, the Pork Ribs with Rock Sugar and Black Vinegar / 糖醋小排 were okay but a bit underwhelming, not much meat and flavour was lacking. Unfortunately the Steamed Shanghai Shao-long-bao / 小笼包 were super underwhelming, very much lacking flavour and the texture was a bit off. The casing was claggy and not very soft or silky. Similarly with the Steamed Pork Dumplings / 猪肉水饺 I was just surprised at the lack of strong flavour, adding Chinese vinegar helped.
Disappointed as I was really keen to try Tao but I'm not sure I'll return as it's also expensive

I ordered from here before and was very happy. Unfortunately this time, the noodles were so burnt that they were inedible. Similarly, the chicken satay had very little flavouring. Very disappointed as I couldn't eat the meal I had ordered. I had sent a review privately and didn't get a response from Doordash or Tao Dumplings which adds to my disappointment
