Tao Tao Cafe has been a Sunnyvale legend for decades and is just as good today as it was in the 90s. The Tao Tao beef is unlike anything I have tasted elsehwere. The chicken salad is solid and filling.
If you have never tried Tao Tao you won't be disappointed. If you have had it, it's the same as you remember.

The food was absolutely terrible tonight. The Tao Tao Special Chow Mein (Lrg - double size) had a terrible flavor and was greasy. We barely ate it...huge order and it was expensive, and now going to waste. Very disappointing.

I refuse to get Wonton Soup anywhere but Tao Tao. Best flavor and best quality around; hasn't disappointed me once in 30 years

Mongolian Beef.container was only half full for $26.00 with very little meat Chicken Chow Mein. very little chicken but the container was full. extremely greasy and didn't taste all that fresh.
Do yourself a favor and go to King Wah, or Fashion Wok.

I have been going here for many years and the quantity and quality has gone down hill. First they changed the amountif chicken salad usually larger portion. It is usually packed diwnin box tgistime very. Tgesalad was good. The wor wonton soup had old and dry meet and the wontons were not fresh. Had to pay $60 firtgese two items. Over priced
