I don't recommend the salsa and chips as they only give you a 2 ounce cup of salsa. That being said, the burrito was HUGE and absolutely amazing. If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place.

I had the Papa Machetes, my first getting food here and having this dish. It looked so good in the picture and it did not fail. It was amazing and it came with all these little containers of sauces, onions and cilantro. Great portion size and I'm embarrassed to say I ate the whole thing, it was that good. Highly recommend, will be a go to next time Im in town.

This was a great meal. The Horchata water was amazing and it has great flavor. Is asked for the chicken Street Tacos (5 Pieces) with only cheese and chciken and they came out just perfect. Great job to machetes!!

Tres Leches French Toast: Absolutely delicious. The toast was perfectly soaked in a creamy, sweet mixture, making every bite rich and flavorful.
Bacon and Egg: Classic and well-executed. The bacon was crispy, and the eggs were cooked just right, providing a satisfying start to the day.
Bean and Cheese: Simple yet tasty. The beans were well-seasoned, and the melted cheese added a nice, creamy texture.
Chorizo and Egg: My favorite of the bunch. The chorizo was flavorful, perfectly complementing the fluffy eggs. It was a delightful combination that I couldn't get enough of.
Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience

Second time ordering from here and once again, truly amazing food. Read some of the older reviews and was concerned but once again they Aced the meal. Don't believe the nay sayers, I had the Papa Machetes with the marinated pork and it was out of this world good. My favorite meal when I come to Fredericksburg.
