Wish I had a photo to post. Started eating and couldn't stop. Probably the best birria tacos overall.
Full size corn tortilla. Filled with birria. Not skimped out. Real quesabirria where there is a cheese "costra" consomé is super flavorful.
They are doing it right.

I love this Food Truck! Used to drive all the way to the far northeast just for the Quezabirria Tacos, Glad they moved to Central. This is without a doubt the best birria in El Paso. You can taste the freshness of all the ingredients, and the portions are very generous. I just can't have enough!

Al Pastor Crunch Wrap is unbelievable; perfectly crispy, great portion for the price. Freshly made, I could eat these every single week and actually might do just that.

WHEW I was blown away! It was seriously so so good! The Agua de Melon was made with real Melon and I loved the small chunks of fruit. The quesabirria tacos were to die for. So much flavor, nice and crispy with lots of meat and cheese. I'm so glad they are close to where I live, I can't wait to have it again 🙌

These birria tacos are life changing!I have been wanting to try these tacos for a while but waited till we moved to El paso. Since moving here these were the first ones I tried and still the best. Perfect portions, the consume and tacos both have perfect salt levels and the hot salsa and toppings complete the ensemble! My family drove across El Paso just to get these tacos again. We will be back
