Over the past two years I've tried about 10 different places that have birria tacos in the treasure valley. Hands down, this place is the absolute f word bleeping best. I live in Nampa but I make the trip for these tacos at least once a month since I cannot order through door dash due to distance. Restaurants offering birria in Nampa have NOT lived up to my expectations (what the fluff, who is putting cheddar on these tacos? And why is consome bland sometimes?
The portion of 3 tacos is generous and they do not skimp on meat. If you're nice and tubby or like having leftovers like me I order a double portion and save some for my next meal.
The meat is flavorful and tender. I've noticed some *other* restaurants seem to prepare meat without birria seasoning for multiple dishes then dunk it in consume before serving it.

25. Quesa Birrias was delicious. Very good flavor and large portion.
12. Carne Asada was ok. Meat was kind of tough, but ok flavor.
Chips and salsa was a waste of money. You get a large bag of chips with 2 very small containers of salsa. Good flavor but for the price and amount of chips, I would have like to have more than 4 chips worth of salsa.

28. 3 Chile Verde Enchiladas are really delicious. The pork is done well and the sauce is tasty. I definitely prefer this version over some competitors'. The rice and beans are both actually flavorful, unlike what you get some times. This will be a favorite from now on.

very good everything felt very fresh. The little chicken tasted really flavorful and moist. The beans and rice were good.
would recommend a taquitos 22. 3 Taquitos Rancheros. taquitos had a lot of them very filling as well.

My husband and I ordered the 25. Quesa Birrias for Cinco de Mayo. They were delicious! It comes with 3 large birria tacos and delicious consumé - more than enough for a meal. We ordered a side of Beans & Rice and didnt have enough room to even try them. Highly recommend!!
