Literally ramen of the gods, I order multiple times a week. 2 areas for improvement: they barely give you any meat (3 tiny pieces of chicken) and they NEVER remember to give utensils on DoorDash orders (so better have chopsticks and a spoon on hand

Consider me now addicted to Tatsu Ramen . The Bold Ramen was so flavorful it was shocking . The pork was perfectly cooked and very welled seasoned. The packaging was extremely cute and photogenic. The portion was excellent for me and my wife because they are not shy with their protein compared to other ramen spots . The freshness of vegetables was intoxicating because you just smell it. I would order again many more times.

Ive been going to Tatsu for many years and I continue to be disappointed in the last year. The cheeky ramen quality is not the same. the broth is very salty as opposed to the usual flavorful, and the chicken is smaller portion, and is dry and colorless. I used to be okay with $20 ramen from here because it was without a doubt the best, but just dont think I'm going to keep ordering after seeing my last multiple orders going down in quality.

Their Cheeky Broth is to die for. I love rice in my soup, so my usual comfort meal is a side of Cheeky Broth, white rice, Green Onions, seasoned egg and Chicken. Try it and thank me later. Its like a warm hug.

Bold Ramen is the most delicious, solid bowl of ramen. No frills, just delicious from top to bottom. Broth was rich, wanted to chug it but also savor it. Noodles are thin but good amount so they get wrapped in the delicious broth. Pork was cooked PERFECTLY. And the soft boiled egg was to die for. Toppings are just right, not too much not too little. Just 10/10. Get it. Gonna be my new go to ramen bowl when I get the craving.
