The pulled pork sandwich was delicious! Large portion, with quality ingredients. They included 2 different BBQ sauces, jalapeños, onions, pickles for condiments which was a great touch. Onion rings were crispy and seasoned well. Everything was great!

I ordered the Heritage Duroc Pork Ribs. 99% bone 1% meat. Only one single side of the bone had meat on it and it was the thinnest layer of meat ever. I ordered 1/2 lb total & got less than 1 oz of actual meat from it. Last time I ordered the brisket and it was 75% fat. This place is so beyond disappointing and I've tried it multiple times.

Mostly tasteless bbq and quite mushy ribs and too firm brisket. Sides were not good. Potato salad had odd taste and Cole slaw was bitter. Beans were ok, but too much added cold brisket making them too thick. Next time I will go back to Terry Blacks which is many times better.

Got two baked potatoes, and an order of rolls. The rolls were nothing special, Hawaiian rolls from the store would've been better . Potatoes were good, they always lack butter but you can add that yourself. I found that it's better to order those potatoes through here, it's not extra to add it on. Btw I believe his name was Dave, something like that from the Richardson location the GM, kept over talking me on the phone as I was trying to see about price difference from various platforms. He was slight arguing with me bc I said I was charged for the potato and meat in store, but not online so I wanted clarification. He didn't seem to understand nor care . I would say everything seemed fresh except for those rolls. I would not order them again. Bad customer service from Dave . Shame on you .

This was one of my best meals that I have ordered. I ordered half chicken.it was delicious. My fried okra was not the standard frozen fried okra. It was seasoned well and the very best I have ever ordered. I also received a cup of sliced onions, a cup of jalapeños aland pickled and 4 sauces.
