Tender sauce is so good. Tenders are juicy, and fries are perfectly seasoned. Overall just bomb!

Don't get the chicken sandwich, bread was a rock & could only eat the chicken off of it. The chicken & fries are really good, the shack sauce takes some getting used to. The pops are huge, had thought they would be cans seeing as they're 2.00$

the wrong style of chicken was delivered. in addition, there was so much salt on the fries, I found it hard to eat them. I wiped them off and still had so much salt. it was hard to eat them. the original chicken that was delivered was tasty, even though I ordered the spicy. However, 19.99 advertising 12 tenders that were really small actually, and which actually equals out to about four or five regular size tenders being generous, is kind of deceiving. I don't think the price point is necessarily wrong, maybe just a bit too high, but explain the size of the "tenders".

Ordered 2 tender meals and they literally just threw 5 tenders in a box with no sauce or fries. Tenders were small and not worth the price. Wont order from here again

Some pieces of the chicken were great, but were dry and too hard (breaded). The fries were so salty they were inedible and I love salt on my fries.
