Fries werent cooked and the chicken tenders were tiny. I'm very disappointed because I have ordered from them before.

Fries were a lot hotter than previous orders, I almost ate all of them and tenders juicy as always! And an amazing portion, willl love to order this again if this quality continues ! Thanks !!!!!

This was my first time going to The Tender Shack and my fries were undercooked, unseasoned, and the sweet tea that I ordered wasn't sweet at all. The chicken was a little spicy, and tasted ok, but it smelled awful.

The food was lacking in both quantity and quality. Almost no fries, and the tenders were fried within an inch of their life. For those unaware, this is just outback steakhouse, selling chicken tenders.
