That was the best bbq we have had since being in tewas. We got the st St. Louis Ribs,the Zucchini Sticks, Basket of Onion Rings, and the Texas Cheese Toast with parmasean cheese dusing. Everything was excellently prepared, with large portions and very fresh! The St. Louis Ribs ware very low in fat and exceptioinally tender, with no burnt ends. I just wish I could've scored the meal 10 out of 10! Definitely my new go to spot for bbq. So yummy.

The coleslaw and potato salad were good! The ribs were well-cooked and not overseasoned, and had a nice smoky flavor . But the bbq sauce was not at all good - basically tomato sauce. If that can be fixed, this would easily be one of the best BBQ places around.

My Tri-Tip Steak was very overcooked. Gray & tough. The Zucchini Sticks were delicious and breaded way better than my last experience. The Texas Cheese Toast is good but nothing special and I probably won't ever order it again. Overall giving a 3/5 stars because my expensive Tri-Tip Steak plate was really disappointing.

I know not to order on Sunday ever again. Must use the 3rd stringers on Sunday. $40 Ribeye was charred and over cooked, zucchini was cut so thick that it wasn't cooked. Normally very consistent food, was awful today!
