This was my first time ordering from Thai Bistro. I ordered Spicy Eggplant with Shrimp.
It was de everyth cook perfectly and very fresh. I was surprised by the larg portions, enough for two meals.

The Tom Ka soup was delicious, but skimpy on shrimp ($4 extra for four shrimp), the basil beef was pretty good - the beef was over tenderized and the basil flavor could have been more pronounced. The yellow curry was flavored nicely, if a bit sweet, but it was very thin, almost soup-like and the chicken bits were overcooked and rubbery.

Absolutely delicious and fresh Papaya Salad (Loas Style) and the Green Curry was had a lot of chicken and veggies in it which I love!

Great flavor but the portion of chicken in the soup for the price is incredibly underwhelming

best Crab Rangoons ive had in a while. super crunchy, good amount of filling, and the sweet and sour sauce is to die for. not sure if theres actually any crab in the filling tho lol. the pad see eww is also very good.
