Shallot is the best Thai restaurant in the area. The food is phenomenal - I've never had a bad meal from there - and the staff are friendly and professional. Now that they're back, I hope that Thai Shallot remains a fixture in our community for many years to come.
Though I've tried many of their dishes over the years, I always come back to the Pad Thai Country Style (doesn't matter what protein you get; my favorites are tofu and shrimp). The Seafood Madness is phenomenal, Crazy Noodles are quite good, and the Thai Custard with Sticky Rice is hands down the best dessert I've had at any restaurant anywhere EVER. I was in withdrawal from that dessert for the time that Shallot had closed and had even tried to make it myself (that did not work out very well).
If you're looking for an amazing Thai dinner at a decent price (and excellent value for the price), Thai Shallot should definitely be on your radar!

Pad Thai was great - plenty of quality white meat chicken, good ratios/balance of noodles to other ingredients, they didn't skimp on anything. Could have benefited from a bit more sauce but will overlook that bc they actually made mine without bean sprouts like I requested!
Pot stickers- not so great. Chose fried version but they were hard (tooth shattering) and dark brown/burnt on one side and soggy victims of foil bag condensation on the other. Did not travel well. Further disappointing was amount of ginger sauce! Small container was just under half full. However, given all 4 pieces had inedible scorched wrappers, I suppose the dipping sauce was poured accordingly. Feeling buyers remorse bc I could have grabbed these at Trader Joe's and prepared them better myself for a fraction of the $9 spent on an appetizer that was basically the fillings of 4 potstickers.

Absolutely loved my experience here! The mango sticky rice is honestly the best dessert I’ve ever had in this restaurant . The mango was perfectly sweet and fresh, and the sticky rice was soft, rich, and full of flavor. I was craving it today, and it completely satisfied every bite was amazing. You can really tell they use high quality ingredients and put care into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back for this again. Highly recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!

Do not waste your money. Never had a siam roll with a very very thick wrapper. The sauce as you can see isnt even enough to cover all the wrapper. The pho is $20. I have never had a pho this expensive yet they dont even have enough meat, size is small. Only reason i ordered here was because i was sick and desperate to get soup. Never ever again!

The pad Thai is excellent. The Red curry is ok, not great. A little watery and not a ton of flavor. I should have got their masaman curry instead. That dish is excellent. Really fast service tho and fresh food. We love this place.
