The bagel nook is a great place for jam packed, delicious bagels! They have so many options to choose from. Everything tastes fresh. Only thing is, I'm not sure why they have the special instructions option if they never read it. I can never figure out how to get them to put the hashbrown on the side instead of on the Bacon & Egg Sandwich and I've tried every way possible to communicate that. Also, I recommend asking for your bacon extra crispy unless you want chewy, barely cooked bacon. And even then, they might not read the instructions and still give you chewy bits. It can be disappointing to pay $10+ for a bagel to have to remove all the bacon because it's almost inedible. All in all, they are better in person. I wish they would read the instructions or perhaps just add options for crispy bacon and hashbrowns on the side.

Second time ordering their Bacon & Egg Sandwich. I got an egg everything bagel, added avocado and a hashbrown and it was absolutely delicious! This place is definitely becoming one of my favorite bagel spots!

The egg platter used to be delicious and high quality. Now it's disgusting. This was literally thrown together with missing items, burnt food, and weird tasting eggs. The only good item was the bagel. The cost does not match the quality. This is the 2nd time I've received a disappointing order with weird green flecks in my eggs! Not okay. Breakfast at McDonalds is better than this. Restaurant quality needs improvement if you want people to eat at your establishment. Definitely not ordering from here again.
