Cancelled part of my order that was out of stock and didnt bother to contact me for a replacement options. The dasher delivered the one item they had, which means I paid 21 dollars for one cookie. Not happy at all.

So they substitued a $10.95 ice cream sandwich with a $2.95 sprinkle cookie without even a phone call asking if I would like something else lol I dont even like this cookie...very poor customer service, I work in the industry and I call all my guests with alternative before I make them pay for something I dont enjoy. On the app it says they subsituded with a salted caramel pretzel ice cream cookie and its a sprinkle cookie???
