Great fish was light and flaky, the batter was light and crispy, fries were delicious.

Im from London and Manchester. This has got to be the worst fish and chips ive ever tasted. In Richmond ive always gone to the Boathouse which has excellent fish and fries but thought as this is a "British"
Joint id try. Stale fish, no seasoning, thin batter. Dry chips. We couldnt finish it as per photo.
Complete waste of $76 not including the tip (Dasher was great)

Calling this one WNBB for will never be back. We ordered the Beer Battered Haddock & Chips @ $27 and received 1 peice of fish, which was still soggy and doughy even after putting it in the air fryer, and a handfull of fries. We also ordered the baked beans @ $3.89 - thinking we would split them - but the portion size was equal to a ramakin or about 4-5 teaspoons. Lastly, we had 2 Sausage Rolls at $8.50 each and it contained sometime of mystery meat.
Overall, this was not the worst meal I've had but it certainly was not the best. Interestingly enough, we've eaten at the this restaurant in the past and the portions were fresh and twice the size of our DoorDash order. Therefore, we WNBB.

We have eaten in and had takeaway 3 times now. Each time great food. Beer Battered Haddock & Chips wonderful and the Sausage Rolls and Curry Puffs (2) make perfect accompaniments. Portions good and will continue to order.

The fish in the fish and chips was soggy and not palatable, though my Dasher did a very good job with quick delivery so that the meal was hot when received. the chips were good and the toffee pudding was very good. This is the second time the fish has been soggy and not crisp when I've had it delivered. I would not have it delivered again, but might try dine-in. I think the dish does not withstand delivery well, although I've certainly done take-out in the UK many times that had a crisp fry and was as fish and chips should be.
