Burger was really good and juicy and the fries are good to if they are cold put them in the air fryer

We have ordered from here numerous time sand never an issue. Today's order , the burgers were smashed paper thin and burnt on the edges. My bacon was only 1/2 1/2 cooked . They are so dry.
First time I have had an issue and I hope not to have another order like this

if you're gonna have online ordering at least have options for your meat,my burger was red in the middle, I don't like raw hamburger so needless to say it was a waste of $20 for Build Me Up Burger , not impressed, no option to add mayo or to get a side of ranch with my fries. I don't eat ketchup on anything and that's what you get 1 ketchup pack and 2 mustard, good thing I don't like ketchup on my fries because I don't think that 1 pack was gonna do it! if your gonna charge them prices at least make it worth it!

Worst burger I've had ever. the bun was stale and falling apart. the burger was cold and burnt. will not be ordering from this place again!
